Agoda: Cheap Flights & Hotels app good for

In the iPhone version, would be useful to be able to : 1- add hotel to favorites 2- signal hotel pictures misrepresentations Thanks from a loyal customer.

This is the 3rd year Im using Agoda when Im travelling in Asia. There are always interesting prices for 4 or 5 stars hotels. Perfect app for a last minute booking !

Easy and quick, perfect to find the right place to stay, for every budget. No added fees at the end.

Excellent to use while on the road, good to check bookings while shifting from place to place. Recommend for travellers with multi destinations on tier itinerary.

thats amazing app which you book and pay your hotel in a faster and simple way, they just need do some promotions like 10 books get one for free or something like that, but always i had amazing support of agoda team. thank you agoda for provide a good experience for us clients.

Very efficient process! The prices are the cheapest compared to the others app. Go for it!

Some bad moments

The general agora service of finding and booking hotels at best prices is great. But the App UI and handling is bad. You cannot (or at least I cannot find how to) check your agora points. Every time I need to log-out and re-log-in to see my bookings. Offline features could be better. For me too many seemingly unnecessary shortcuts from the PC version. Otherwise I would entirely use IPad and IPhone version.

This app regularly crashed on us. When reloading it sometimes would refresh but using wrong dates and one time actually double booked us. Agoda customer service was useless at refunding for these app glitches and left it in the hotels hands. BE VERY AWARE and check credit card statements carefully.

Confusing navigation, crashes, slow loads and general dysfunction in locales that have slow wifi (that includes much of the world). Fails to remember payment options so I have to whip out my credit card on a busy, potentially dangerous street. Thanks for the beta. Now fix it! Agoda needs to make this app way more functional when off the grid, ensuring vouchers are stored locally and immediately upon confirmation. The underlying assumption of this app is that you will always have awesome Internet. There is no value in that because the reality is you wont. I absolutely hate that this app is constantly asking users to login. This is stupid. Clearly the programmers have no experience traveling.

Despite having nice prices and offers, Agoda has proven very unreliable. Some of hotel listings do not contain crucial information, which coupled with strict cancellation policies can easily turn into a very poor experience.
