No liking it

Booked a hotel at the advertised rate. Reservation was approved. Then the morning we were to check in, we received email saying that our reservation was canceled per our request. No way we had canceled the reservation. The reason they gave was that we use unsecured network. Of we did and have to as we are traveling. Whatever free wifi we get, we used. It was very frustrating and annoyed that we did not get the room and the cheaper advertised rate. Very bad business and customer satisfaction.
