Good app but still needs some work

Overall it is a very clean interface and very convenient. I would recommend that they add the ability to actually still see the pictures of the rooms you have already booked. This way when you arrive at the hotel it will confirm that the standards are being upheld.

Agoda has very poor customer service when it come to calling them. If you do not have your booking ID or the last 4 digits of the credit card used for book your reservation then you are sent to a voice mail service. This can be bad if you need urgent help with your booking. However they are very good at replying emails and calling you back.
