Looks good, is convenient and saves money

I really like the option to see the amount to ACTUALLY pay. Once the booking is confirmed, I would like to see a review of essential details (i.e. Paid / pay at hotel; breakfast incl.). It would be great if this showed up in the Passbook app. Overall - very easy to use.

This app regularly crashed on us. When reloading it sometimes would refresh but using wrong dates and one time actually double booked us. Agoda customer service was useless at refunding for these app glitches and left it in the hotels hands. BE VERY AWARE and check credit card statements carefully.

Easy and simple to use

....you cant select room type, which means that as a solo traveller I cant filter out dorm rooms! You cant even see on your search results what the room type is (as opposed to when you search on a computer). Agoda, Im 35, Im not sleeping in a dorm, and I dont want to have to open up every single search result to see if its a dorm or not!! Until this is fixed the desktop website will still be far and away my first choice.

I used this app on an iPad for the first time today to book a hotel/ hostel in a small popular town in northern town in Thailand. It was easy to use and work out its functionality. Ill review again later when I have more experience with it.

Confusing navigation, crashes, slow loads and general dysfunction in locales that have slow wifi (that includes much of the world). Fails to remember payment options so I have to whip out my credit card on a busy, potentially dangerous street. Thanks for the beta. Now fix it! Agoda needs to make this app way more functional when off the grid, ensuring vouchers are stored locally and immediately upon confirmation. The underlying assumption of this app is that you will always have awesome Internet. There is no value in that because the reality is you wont. I absolutely hate that this app is constantly asking users to login. This is stupid. Clearly the programmers have no experience traveling.

Easy and simple to use

If youre looking to book any places on Agoda; whether from a third party app, etc. It is better to use the Agoda app directly as you can save a little bit of money. The app itself works wonders, smooth interface, not glitchy, and it is user friendly. If you have a poor internet connection you may experience the app to work slow.

Its intuitive, easy to use and there are some deals only available on the app, which is kind of cool. The app stores your credit card allowing you to book a room very quickly.
