Agoda: Book Hotels and Flights App Reviews

I needed to book a room close to the market center hall in Dallas for the dog shows. I wanted to spend Thursday night in Dallas so I wouldnt worry about traffic. I didnt want to pay a lot for three nights. I got a great deal on this site, and hopefully Ill come back with a good review after a brief stay in a couple of weeks!

Smooth n easy to use

Pricing on Agoda seems to generally be slightly cheaper than many of the other travel sights. Create an Agoda account and they give you even cheaper member pricing.

Used the app for Thailand and Vietnam and it did the trick every time

Good apps where it shows the rates of the hotel. I used to book hotels through their website and with this app, i can browse it easily on my phone.

Overall it is a very clean interface and very convenient. I would recommend that they add the ability to actually still see the pictures of the rooms you have already booked. This way when you arrive at the hotel it will confirm that the standards are being upheld. Agoda has very poor customer service when it come to calling them. If you do not have your booking ID or the last 4 digits of the credit card used for book your reservation then you are sent to a voice mail service. This can be bad if you need urgent help with your booking. However they are very good at replying emails and calling you back.
