Excellent deals, easy to navigate, I use the app regularly now :)

Easy to navigate combined with cheap bookings.

But the iOS app doesnt allow any easy way to send a link to a friend to book a hotel. This is a terrible oversight.

I used other sites in the past but since I started using Agoda for all of my hotel bookings, I realized that they had more available hotels than the other sites, and their rates were better as well. As for customer service, I had to cancel bookings on a couple of occasions, and it was easy to do. No problems at all.

On iPhone theres no option for Agoda log-in, thus cant collect Agoda points

My first choice

Despite having nice prices and offers, Agoda has proven very unreliable. Some of hotel listings do not contain crucial information, which coupled with strict cancellation policies can easily turn into a very poor experience.
