Agoda: Book Hotels and Flights App Reviews

This is the first time I used agoda, to book a hotel for my honeymoon. It is super easy to find a suitable hotel with discount for mobile booking. The payment is fast, easy, especially, I dont need to pay an exchange fee in case of international bookings. So convenient.

Good APP, nice to use, plenty of good bargains, but could have more details to hotel (photos) to be better

The Agoda app is handy to use, accurate, and comprehensive. Five stars for sure. Id give their app six stars if possible and if Agoda included email addresses in it confirmations.

Booked a hotel at the advertised rate. Reservation was approved. Then the morning we were to check in, we received email saying that our reservation was canceled per our request. No way we had canceled the reservation. The reason they gave was that we use unsecured network. Of we did and have to as we are traveling. Whatever free wifi we get, we used. It was very frustrating and annoyed that we did not get the room and the cheaper advertised rate. Very bad business and customer satisfaction.

Been booking hotels with Agoda several times and I must say its very reliable, easy and fast service. Highly recommended.

Easy to use and very simple.

There are few apps as easily as this one to navigate. Im a frequent traveler and always use Agoda particularly in Asia. An improvement would be selecting rooms. Often you ask for a queen but get something else at the hotel and have to negotiate. Great app.
